Cancellation without any penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date.  Penalty of 100% for the entire stay in case of cancellation within 30 days before the check-in date or in case of no-show.

Please note that our B&B does not have a reception desk.  To ensure a smooth arrival, kindly let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can greet you promptly and avoid keeping you waiting. Check-in is available between 2 pm and 9 pm.

EARLY CHECK-IN: If you wish to check in before 2 pm, we will do our best to accommodate you. Early check-in depends on the previous guests’ check-out time and the time required to prepare your room, so we can only confirm availability on the day of your arrival. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the property even if your room is not yet ready.

LATE CHECK-IN: It is possible to check in after 9 pm. However, in this case, a late check-in fee applies: €25 for arrivals between 9 pm and 11 pm, or €50 between 11 pm and 2 am. Please note that check-in after 2 am is not possible. If you expect to arrive during these times, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am.
